We would like to inform you that from 1st January 2025, we will be sending invoices exclusively in electronic form (e-invoices). This measure is mandatory from 1st January 2025 in accordance with the legal requirements for digitalisation and serves to increase the efficiency of our processes.
What does this mean for you?
From this date, you will only receive your invoices by email. This has the following advantages for you
- Faster delivery of invoices
- Contribution to environmental protection by reducing paper consumption
- Simple archiving and management of invoices in digital form
How can you provide us with your e-mail address?
To ensure that you continue to receive your invoices without any problems, we kindly ask you to inform us of your e-mail address that is intended for the digital receipt of invoices by 31st October 2024 at the latest.

Data protection
Your e-mail address will be used exclusively for sending e-invoices and, if necessary, for important customer information. The protection of your data is a top priority for us and is carried out in accordance with the applicable data protection regulations.
