Wave Gold Collet

The new generation of collets with shaft slot is made of very hard, low-wear aluminum bronze. The gripping of sensitive parts is child’s play with maximum concentricity – without any pressure marks on the turned parts. Even when clamping turned parts on thread flanks.

With extended geometries for indexable inserts, holder systems and cutting tools, Bimu is providing work on sliding headstock automatic lathes with real solutions for classic challenges in terms of tool life and machining.

The well-known Quick change mini modular tool system is now also available for smaller machines with an 8×8 shank cross-section.
